What we collect, why we collect it, and what we will never do with it.
Your information is personal, the same way your hair is. We only collect what we need to get your order to you, we never sell it, and you can ask us to show it to you or delete it. Each section below starts with a plain-words summary, and the full policy under it is the official version.
Sovereign Weft is run by Geminus Holdings LLC in Irving, Texas, and we are the ones responsible for your information.
This website, sovereignweft.com (the "Site"), is operated by Geminus Holdings LLC, a Texas limited liability company doing business as Sovereign Weft ("we," "us," or "our"). We are responsible for the personal information described in this Privacy Policy. This policy explains what we collect, why, how we use and protect it, and the choices and rights you have. By using the Site or placing an order, you acknowledge this policy. Your use of the Site is also governed by our Terms of Service.

We collect your name, contact details, address, what you ordered, and any messages you send us. The site keeps your cart in your own browser. No ad trackers.
The Site does not currently use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking pixels, or third-party analytics. If that changes, we will update this policy before doing so.
We never receive or store your full payment card number, CVC, or bank login details — those go directly to Stripe. We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data such as government ID numbers, health information, precise geolocation, or biometric data. Please do not send us sensitive information.
We use your information to fill your order, keep you updated, prevent fraud, and keep the business running. We only send marketing email if you sign up for it.
Card payments go straight to Stripe. We only see basic details like the last four digits.
All card payments are processed by Stripe, Inc., a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Your payment details are sent directly from your browser to Stripe and never pass through or are stored on our servers. We receive only limited information from Stripe, such as your name, billing address, the last four digits and brand of your card, and whether the payment succeeded. Stripe's handling of your information is governed by Stripe's privacy policy.
We share only what is needed to get your hair to you: Stripe, our manufacturing partner, the carriers, and the tools we run the business on. We never sell it.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising. We share it only as needed with:
The site loads fonts from Google, the order confirmation page loads Google's optional review survey, and links to Instagram follow Instagram's rules, not ours.
The Site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser sends your IP address to Google when a page loads. The order confirmation page also loads Google Customer Reviews, which offers the optional survey described in Section 5. Loading it sends your IP address and browser information to Google even if you decline the survey. The Site also links to Instagram and other third-party sites. Those services have their own privacy practices, which we do not control and are not responsible for. If you contact us through Instagram, Meta's privacy policy also applies to that conversation.
We keep order records for about seven years for tax reasons. Everything else is kept only as long as we need it.
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy. Order, payment, and transaction records are generally kept for seven (7) years to meet tax, accounting, and legal obligations and to defend against claims and chargebacks. Customer service messages are generally kept for up to three (3) years after our last interaction. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it.
You can ask to see, correct, delete, or get a copy of your information. Email us with "Privacy Request" in the subject line.
Depending on where you live — including under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA), and similar state laws — you may have the right to:
How to make a request. Email support@sovereignweft.com with the subject line "Privacy Request," stating which right you want to exercise. To protect your information, we will verify your identity, usually by matching the email address and order details we have on file, before acting on a request. You may use an authorized agent where the law allows; we may require proof of the agent's authority and verify your identity directly. We will respond within 45 days, and may extend that by another 45 days where reasonably necessary, in which case we will tell you.
Limits. We may keep information we are required or permitted by law to retain — for example, transaction records needed for taxes or to defend against a chargeback or legal claim — even after a deletion request.
Appeals. If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision with the subject line "Privacy Appeal." We will respond to your appeal within 60 days. If you are not satisfied with the result of your appeal, you may contact the Texas Attorney General at texasattorneygeneral.gov, or the attorney general of your state.
Global Privacy Control. Because we do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising, there is nothing for an opt-out preference signal such as Global Privacy Control to opt you out of; we nonetheless treat such a signal as a valid opt-out request.
This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
The Site is intended for adults. You must be 18 or older to place an order. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13 (or under 16 where applicable law sets a higher age). If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
The whole site is encrypted, and card data is handled by a certified processor. No system is perfect, but we take this seriously.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including encrypted HTTPS connections for the entire Site and a PCI-DSS certified processor for all card data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we learn of a security breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and any required authorities as required by applicable law.
We are based in the U.S., and the site is built for U.S. customers.
We are based in the United States, and the Site is intended for people located in the United States. If you access the Site from elsewhere, you understand that your information will be processed in the United States and in the other countries described in Section 5, whose data protection laws may differ from those where you live.
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes too. For anything major, we will tell you first.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time by posting the revised version here with a new "Last updated" date. If we make material changes to how we use personal information we already hold, we will give notice on the Site or by email before the change takes effect.
