How many bundles do I need?
Most full sew-ins use 2–3 bundles with a closure, or 3–4 bundles with a frontal. Past about 22 inches, plan on one extra bundle. See the full bundle guide.
Can I dye or bleach this hair?
Yes. All of our hair is 100% human hair and can be colored, bleached, and heat-styled. We recommend a licensed stylist and a strand test first. Once hair has been colored or chemically processed it can’t be returned, so be sure about the shade before you start.
How long until my order arrives?
Every hair order is quality-inspected and processed in 5–7 business days. Transit starts after that and usually takes about 10–20 business days, so plan for roughly 15–27 business days in total. We email your tracking number as soon as it ships. Shipping details.
What is your return policy?
Hair is a personal-care item, so opened items are final sale. Unopened items in their original sealed packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery, with written approval first and a 15% restocking fee. We don’t offer exchanges. If something arrives wrong or defective, email us within 48 hours of delivery, before installing it. Full return policy.
